FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITH ORDERS OVER $30 (U.S.A. DOMESTIC ONLY).

STANDARD SERVICE: Delivery within 4-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. See below for exceptions:
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes – please allow 6-14 business days from the order's ship date for delivery.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO – please allow 10-20 business days from the order’s ship date for delivery.
  • Orders destined for U.S. Territories - please allow 6-14 business days from the order’s ship date for delivery.

SECOND DAY SERVICE: Delivery within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Place your Second Day Service order by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on business days or on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes or the U.S. Territories must be sent via standard shipping method.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $40. Otherwise, the shipping rates below for the domestic United States (the 48 contiguous states) apply: STANDARD SERVICE - $7.50
2ND DAY SERVICE - $25.00

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Most orders with Second Day Service will be shipped the same business day if placed by 1:00 PM ET.

Orders over $100 in value or with Second Day Service may require a signature upon delivery. Second Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping on moodmatcher.com! Please note shipping costs will be calculated at the time of Checkout and will be based on the city and country of shipment. Please note: Shipping charges exclude any customs duties or taxes imposed by the country of shipment and estimated time of deliveries will be based on the country the order ships to.

RETURN POLICY
For sanitary purposes, our company only accepts exchanges on items that are unopened and in their original condition. Exchanges are accepted on items that are defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise approved by our Customer Service Department. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our Customer Service to receive a return authorization number, within 7 days of receipt. Once the items are received and inspected, we will notify you and will send out a replacement. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via a method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or insured USPS).

Please note: Only products purchased on moodmatcher.com may be returned for an exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact our Customer Service. In addition, please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
